Many people, as they get older, find that they do not want to make the difficult transition from their own home to a care home, even if they really need to. That’s where we come in. Total Home Care WM provide West Midlands home care, to assist with independent living in Walsall. We find that independence is one of the foundations of dignity and we aim to preserve that independence for the elderly for as long as we can. Whether it’s simple things like companionship or chores around the house, or the more complex and sensitive things, like bathing assistance and medication, we’ll have a friendly and professional carer that’s perfect for the needs of the person you love.

 

 

 

WHAT DO WE DO?

Our home care business is a service that helps assist the elderly and other infirm patients who are in the need of assistance with their daily activities. This can include bathing, mobilisation, dressing, meal preparation, medication and many other forms of assistance at home. We want to enable independent living in Walsall and the surrounding areas, with as minimal a degree of assistance as possible. We are here to help, every step of the way.

ASSESSMENT

 

We’ll have a thorough consultation on the phone and then one of our experienced carers will carry out a full assessment of your loved one’s home.

PLAN

 

Once the consultation and home assessment are complete, we can put together a care plan, as well as work out the length of the plan and the pricing.

CONFIRM

 

Once everything is agreed, we’ll confirm the plan and one of our compassionate and experienced care team members will be with your loved one shortly.

 

We also tender for contracts from the NHS for home-based care.
